Rev Chris Andre-Watson

Chris began his career in 1984 as a local newspaper reporter in East London at the age of 19 before being called to Baptist ministry. After training at Spurgeon’s College in South London he began his first ministry at Brixton Baptist Church and followed this as London Regional Coordinator for BMS World Mission. In 2015 Chris began ministry at Clapham Baptist Church and also developed a role as a transitional minister, assisting churches such as SBC in pastoral vacancy. He has been married for 30 years to Pat, headteacher of a local primary school and has two teenage children. His hobbies including music, sports and reading.
