Daniel May-Miller

Daniel has been at SBC since around 2011 and was employed by the church at the start of 2022 to help develop a wide-ranging communications strategy, including looking at the website and social media channels, email communications, design & branding, physical signage around the building, online engagement and streaming/services and developing discipleship within these different areas.

Daniel has worked in communications and politics as well as a previous career in sound, video and film. He enjoys getting practical, doing DIY, woodworking and gardening, as well as getting off-road on his mountain bike when he can find the time away from his three fantastically exhausting children and his Cockalier puppy, Cookie. Daniel's wife is a hospital Doctor. They married in 2010 but grew up in the same youth group in East Sussex and have known each other since before secondary school.

Daniel is passionate about discipleship, inclusion, educating people about neurodiversity and wrestling with issues like the secular/sacred divide, the attractional-missional dynamic, missional communities and whole-life worship.
